Founded in 2009 with a simple yet powerful vision: to make property ownership accessible to every Kenyan family. What started as a small real estate consultancy has grown into one of Kenya's most respected property development companies.

Our founder, driven by the belief that every Kenyan deserves to own a piece of their homeland, started KenOwn Holdings with just three employees and an unwavering commitment to transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Today, we've helped over 1,000 families achieve their property dreams, developed more than 500 properties across Kenya, and continue to set new standards in the real estate industry.

The Beginning

KenOwn Holdings Limited was founded with a mission to democratize property ownership in Kenya. Started with 3 employees and big dreams.

2009

First Major Project

Completed our first residential development in Kiambu, delivering 50 affordable housing units to Kenyan families.

2012

Expansion to Coast

Opened our Mombasa office and launched our first coastal property development, expanding our reach across Kenya.

2015

1000th Family Milestone

Celebrated helping our 1000th family achieve property ownership, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

2018

Digital Innovation

Launched our digital platform, making it easier for diaspora Kenyans to invest in property from anywhere in the world.
